DiliTrust partner with 4cLegal for their Sustainability and the Legal Market Initiative
DiliTrust is an official partner in 4cLegal’s initiative ” Sustainability and the Legal Market”. The initiative is the first in Italy to explore fully the issue of sustainability in the Italian legal market, and especially considers the social and governance aspects of ESG.
There are two main elements in this Legal Market Initiative partnership:
– The first concerns a survey, which runs until the 9th of March, which will be used by 4cLegal to gain clear insights into how corporate legal departments interpret best practices in the sector according to all internal and external stakeholders. The survey (available in Italian) can be taken here.
– The second part of this partnership involves insightful editorial contributions on this subject, including written and video materials which will seek to analyze the imprint of sustainability in the legal market for both legal professionals and organisations.
Great Place to Work Italia is the official partner of the initiative, with BFC Media – along with the Forbes Italia channel as media partners. More background information which outlines the key reasons for this initiatives can be found here.
One key focus of this project will examine how the digitisation of corporate governance can be a sustainability driver (while also enabling transparency, traceability and sharper analysis). This shared focus is at the core of the mission of 4cLegal who occupy the legal procurement industry (concerning the purchase of legal solutions) and DiliTrust, who for 25 years have enabled clients to improve their performance and governance, securely.
DiliTrust will collaborate with 4cLegal in the production of three blogs on topics related to the initiative including: digitisation in the legal field, paperless governance and Corporate Social Responsibility. The group will also participate in the creation of two videos: one concerning the theme “Flash News”, with the involvement of the company’s Italian headquarters; and an interview with a “Question Time” format, with the involvement of the wider team. The partnership will involve five activities, with the final event on this subject, being held in May. This event will include a variety of exciting workshops and will award the legal departments who have received the most votes for their industry excellence. DiliTrust will be actively participating in this event and will share key legal insights during the day-long event.
