Managing a corporate group means tracking dozens (sometimes even thousands) of legal entities across jurisdictions. DiliTrust’s Legal Entity Management (LEM) module has included an Orgchart since its earliest versions: a real-time visual map synchronized with live platform data. On July 3rd, 2026, a redesigned version went live for all LEM customers.
Bringing clearer structures out of the box
The new interface makes large group structures immediately easier to read. Colour-coded entity types have been improved, enhancing overall visibility. As a result, users can identify what they’re looking at without tracing each connection manually. An optional legend keeps the chart clean when it isn’t needed and is automatically excluded from exports when hidden. Furthermore, a keyboard shortcuts panel is also accessible directly within the chart for faster navigation.
What’s new
More information directly on nodes
Each entity node now supports up to 4 custom fields, up from 2 in the previous version. Fields that matter most to your team (jurisdiction, registration number, operational status, or any other attribute) now appear directly on the chart without opening individual records.
Percentage values on branch connections have been removed. Indeed, they were a consistent source of confusion; ownership data remains available in the entity detail view where it belongs.
Simulating restructurings without touching live data
Manual Edit Mode lets users detach the chart from the live database and work freely on a visual copy. Any edits made in this mode (rearranging entities, adding nodes, adjusting connections) are visual only. Entity records and the actual ownership structure remain completely untouched.
This is designed for board presentations, due diligence packages, and modelling ownership scenarios before a formal change is approved.
Export-ready files for board reports
The export function generates PDF, PNG, GraphML, and SVG files in one click. Before exporting, users can set a custom title and date, and toggle the legend on or off. The output reflects exactly what’s on screen, formatted for board reports and regulatory submissions without additional post-processing.
Prepare for the transition
The redesigned Orgchart went live on July 3rd, 2026 for all current Legal Entity Management customers. As part of this update, the legacy Orgchart is permanently decommissioned. Your saved views from the previous version will remain available, and there is no need to recreate them in the new Orgchart. Excel export is no longer supported; Manual Edit Mode covers those use cases directly within DiliTrust.
