ON A PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY BASIS
The Documentation Library module facilitates the organization’s permanent, recurring, or one-off project needs. It allows various departments (legal department, financial department, and communication department) to store and access their documentation.
It is instrumental during due diligence operations or when managing a crisis unit. Staff can also securely share information with users outside of the organization, such as outside legal counsel. All authorized users of the module can view documents and collaborate effectively through internal messaging or using the Q&A function.
