Activa Group Chooses DiliTrust Exec to Digitalise its Board of Director and Committee Management Processes

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 4th March 2019 – Activa, one of sub-Saharan Africa’s leading insurance groups, has chosen to adopt the DiliTrust Exec board management solution to digitalise its board meetings securely.

A major insurance player in sub-Saharan Africa, the Activa Group has been operating for more than 20 years. Headquatered in Mauritius, Activa operates a global presence in Cameroon, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and in France. The group also is in the process of expanding their services to a further two countries in the coming months.The Activa Group are also a founding partner of GLOBUS, the first pan-African federated network of insurance companies, located in more than 47 countries.

From a desire to streamline its information sharing between board members, Activa decided to transition to a digital governance solution. DiliTrust Exec was selected due to the solutions capacity to faciliate collaboration between board members worldwide.

The members of the Board of Directors and the Committees of Activa Group will now use the DiliTrust Exec platform instead of paper.The implementation of the solution has commenced with Activa Finances and will continue within the Group’s subsidiaries.
