An award presented to France’s software ecosystem
DiliTrust, a French provider of the Legal Operating System, has received the International Development Award at the 16th edition of the Top 250 ranking of French software companies, published by Numeum and EY. The award was presented in Paris on November 4, 2026, in front of nearly 500 leaders from France’s software ecosystem. The jury included representatives from Business France, the French Tech Mission, Bpifrance, Inria and investors from the software sector.

An increasingly international business
In 2025, DiliTrust generated 61% of its revenue outside France, while France still accounted for 58% of its revenue in 2023. Over the same period, the Americas’ share of revenue increased from 18% to 36%. This growth was supported in particular by the acquisitions of doeLEGAL in the United States and PACTA in Germany, as well as the opening of an office in Philadelphia.
Three years ago, DiliTrust still generated most of its business in France. Today, our teams across Europe, North America and the Middle East support legal departments whose contracts, entities and litigation extend beyond national borders. This International Development Award is first and foremost theirs. We are very proud to be building a European champion capable of challenging American companies on their home turf. Our journey continues across the Atlantic, across the Rhine and far beyond. I would like to thank Numeum, EY and the jury for this recognition,” said Nadim Baklouti, Co-CEO of DiliTrust.
The Top 250 in figures
Conducted by Numeum and EY among 274 software companies between May and September 2026, the 2026 Top 250 highlights a strong industry driven by innovation and AI:

- 57% of revenue generated internationally, rising to 63% among companies with revenue above €100 million;
- nearly 4 out of 5 companies have integrated AI capabilities into their solutions, up 19 percentage points, with agentic AI becoming their top priority;
- SaaS accounts for 67% of software revenue, and more than half of the companies surveyed continue to recruit in 2026.
