DiliTrust opens new office in Luxemburg

DiliTrust is pursuing its international expansion with the opening of a Luxemburg office

Paris-La Défense, France, November 16, 2017 – DiliTrust (formerly EQUITY), a leading software solution provider in corporate governance, today announced the opening of an office in Luxemburg, marking an key step in its international development.

Having recently announced a €7 million funding  and the opening of new offices in Milan and Dubai, DiliTrust is pursuing its international expansion. This new office reinforces its commercial presence in Northern Europe. With over 40 customers in the region, DiliTrust has demonstrated its capacity to meet the legal particularities of local businesses. AkzoNobel, Astorg Asset Management, RTL Group, SGBT and UCB are among its customers.

According to research firm Gartner, the governance market is expected to grow at a rate of 13.4% annually, to reach 7.3 billion dollars by 2020. “We share the same view – that the governance solutions market is very promising. Businesses will increasingly need to equip themselves with adapted and secure digital tools to cope with the growing amount of sensitive data, as well as legal risks and regulatory constraints,” said Yves Garagnon, CEO of DiliTrust. “Luxemburg is home to many major international holding groups, real estate and private equity companies, representing a strong growth potential for DiliTrust.”

Managed by Bruno Abbate, Honorary Auditor and Corporate Director certified by SciencesPo Paris, the Luxemburg office will offer, among other offerings, DiliTrust Exec, a service for managing boards of directors and committees. “The use of digital tools is a good practice in corporate governance management.
